For the Past 35 years Dr. R. Stanley has been the founder and leader of the Blessing Youth Mission, which started in 1971 as a campus ministry and has now centers in 14 states of India with about 325 full time missionaries.  Though retired he serves as the chief advisor of the organization and divides his time between his organization and spreading the word of God in parts of India and Abroad.
